Should you happen to notice that something is not quite right in your area of responsibility, notify the Chief Warden as soon as possible. You can just e-mail!
Things which need correcting:
Wrong kind of fire extinguisher
Missing/Discharged Extinguisher
Blocked exit routes
Building modifications of any kind
Faulty Evacuation lights/signs
Missing Evacuation signs/cards
The list is potentially endless - common sense is needed! One particularly important thing is specific planning for designated areas (eg room use changes, mobility impared staff or students etc) which might need some changes in the way evacuations are performed.
