Why a personal home page?
Home pages for people often don't seem to serve any purpose. For a long time I didn't bother to have a sensible page myself. However there do seem to be a some good reasons. For old friends and colleages asking: "are you the ...", or "what are you up to now" etc. For people who may be interested in Australia, Adelaide, or Adelaide University (maybe you are thinking of applying for a job) and would like to snoop around and see what the locals are like. Finally the page gives me the venue to place various bits of information I have posted to the internet in the last decade odd that may still be of use to the wider community.
