The Computer Science Consulting Centre, CSCC, provides help to any student studying computer science subjects. The consulting centre is designed to assist second, third and fourth year students who need help in learning principles of computer science, have specific programming problems or who need advice on studying at University.

The CSCC provides free consulting by lecturers and experienced postgraduate students. The CSCC also provides an alternative workspace, with desks for studying. Students can come in at any time during our opening hours to use these facilities - no appointment is necessary

General help is available for everybody, but in addition, first and second year students can see the Computer Science Learning Centre for specific assistance.

Location

The Computer Science Consulting Centre is located in room 2066 of the Plaza building - next to the Computer Science School Office.

Opening Hours

The CSCC is open from 9am until 5pm weekdays during semester.

Consulting Schedule

This free consulting service is provided during selected hours.

Lecturers, tutors and postgraduate students will be available at selected times to answer any questions you might have regarding the specified topic or questions of a general nature, as indicated.

No appointment is necessary.

Other Facilities

The CSCC has desks available for quiet study, group work areas with access to whiteboards, and laptops providing access to the web, student servers and course materials.
